Home Sweet Home

Back at home last night, thank goodness.

Just nice to be back in my home comforts.

Been a fantastically good week at work and I love my job so much. It really is the best job ever. Probably one of the good things about it is that I can just be myself, and that seems to suit the business that I am in.

Off for a run now. Going to do 5 miles around Draycote (pic below) with a target time of less than 45 mins.

Still not much further forwards with starting a running club, but it will come together eventually. Still talking to the powers that be, at Draycote.

However, I am on a forum that is all about running www.therunningbug.co.uk and that is proving to be useful. Just nice to share stuff and encourage each other.

Hopefully, when I weigh in later today, I will have shed a further few pounds. The flabby bits around the side of my middle bit seem to have disappeared, so hopefully all that is left is the few pounds around my belly...
