Fishy Tail

Early start today at 7AM. Managed to keep to the fish theme with tuna for lunch yesterday and fillet of place for dinner. Starting to smell like a penguin. Probably walk like one as well.

Had a few beers last night with my two amigos. We are stuck in this country house with a French chef and Budweiser at £3.00 per 330cl bottle. So we did not drink that much. Just enough for us all to relax and have a laugh. Everything else alcoholic is just mad prices.

Worked hard yesterday and will do so again today. Hope to go for a run tonight, but we shall see. Can feel my trouser waistband getting slightly looser so fingers crossed.

After today I have broken the back of week 1 and look forwards to getting back home for a 3 day break.
