Tea for two and the sofa too!!!!!

Well, what a day!!! Went to a job interview this morning, reckon I have got the job, but no need, as I got a call from the company who I really really want to go and work for. And they have offered me a position and I start next Monday {{{hoorah!}}}

Sitting here now with a G&T in a fancy cocktail glass, and a bag of 'RIDGE CUT' crisps - you know the sort - MAN CRISPS - a sort of celebration I guess.

Went to Leamington Spa today to do a bit of shopping and loaf about. I really like Leamington. It has a gentrified feel about the place. I finally got home and managed to get Photoshop working on my PC again, so I will be happy-snapping friends' kids again soon.

Then went to Homebase to buy some new knobs for a chest of drawers that I bought yesterday for the bedroom, to put some of Kezzy's clothes in. She is slowly taking over the house!!!! Last night she dropped a mug of tea into her lap - OUCH!! But the OUCH!! was because she was sitting on my white settee. It was all hands to the pump as she stripped out of tea soaked clothes and I stripped the covers off the settee and bunged them into the washing machine before any stain could set. To say that I was not happy would be a huge understatement. The fact that she was wandering about afterwards naked, didn't really make it any better for me. I threw a pair of tight fitting CK boxers and cargo pants at her. She thought it was totally amusing that she did not have anything to fill the crotch part of the boxers. By then I was way past seeing the funny side of anything except her cheeky backside going out of my front door. All OK today though, stains came out, sofa back in one piece, she happy, me happy... LOL

Not much else to report. Kez is at a concert tonight, I am stuck in, glad the job is sorted, just need my car to get fixed and mostly all the 'issues' in my life will be sorted - happy days.
