Got up and went for a run. Thought I might do 5 miles but only did about three and a half. Still got aches and pains. Good run though.
Worked some weights and have pulled a muscle in my right shoulder. Very painful
Kez came round and we went to Birmingham Sea Life Centre, which was superb except for all the naughty children screaming about the place. We then went shopping in the Bull Ring and then came home, and went to The Bear for a beer.
Popped to Sainsburys and saw Paul, a guy I know who is an estate agent. The market is totally on its knees, so he said. Also saw Claire, a girl who I used to work with. She was well, and thought I looked very well too.
We have just had a curry and now going to settle down to I Am Legend. Hopefully after that, the night will still be young ;O)
